Liverpool's Klopp fined £45,000 for referee comments in West Ham draw

The English Football Association have fined Jurgen Klopp £45,000 for comments he made about referee Kevin Friend after Liverpool's match at West Ham United earlier this month. The Liverpool manager admitted to breaching Rule E3(1) by making comments that "questioned the integrity of the match referee and/or implied bias" following the 1-1 draw.
